The mod uses the following class names you might want to configure/spawn in with your admin tools.

Central economy
As said on the mod page, this mod does not yet have default XMLs for the mission folder that are ready to use. I am not a server owner so I have little experience with the system and would prefer if somebody who knows what they are doing might share a nice CE setup for the rest in the future.
That being said you need to DISABLE THESE TYPES/EVENTS on your server if you are using my mod - otherwise they will block the train tracks:
