I built bill's shed but it want's me to add a base after building it. The base is already there.. I deleted all of the shed parts, swapped to /unlimited and tried to delete the base. No luck. I plunked down another base and now can't delete that one either. Tried /decrypt. Tried abandoning the quest but that also didn't work.
