type in chat /decrypt than pull out your connection tool find them and than type in chat /encrypt

OR.. Less cheesy way = for every cubicle you check and find a switch, Drop 1 block out of your inventory into that cubicle.

Also a good strategy for keeping track of where you've been in other puzzles.
Be careful though as they will despawn if you leave the tile area / reload.

Right click drag from your inventory to the outside of the inventorys GUI.
