go towards the hq, veering very slightly right until u get to the coastline, it's pretty much there. It's in between the mine elevator and the hq when you look at the two markers from the crashed ship

I have played this game twice (haven't gotten all the way through either time because it keeps locking up) and the map was completely different each time, so your mileage may vary.
