Generator?
Found one of these recently, looks great! Crafted a roof-rack and put a generator on top, but is there way to use the generator how does it work?

I'm pretty sure you're just meant to uninstall it whenever you need it and use it more as storage for a heavy item.

My impression is also that you store it for use later / at another place and don't need to take up storage space, same for the gas cans.

I just use the interior and put a fuel barrel down using fuelapi mod so i have 400 units of fuel inside. you get power inside as long as there is a battery connected and charged, so just take a spare battery with you and a car battery charger and charge the spare inside the truck itself lol.

so eventually you can just drive to a gas station, plop the genny down, drain the fuel into jerry cans, enter your bus, fill your fuel barrel back up, and carry on.
