the ability to have animals [cows, horses, chickens, dogs, or even a mamoth] would be a wonderfull addition.

Like I said before you should ad Dark Brotherhood banners as well or theives Guild banners which would make like those guilds own these places of business.

I would have to agree with the more banners, other than more city ones, plus the guild ones, perhaps basic ability to design your own
- background colour, basic overlay with colours sich as crosses, saltires, some shapes or animals -
assuming that is possible, If it is not then perhaps add various custom ones of your own.

In regards to mine administration, some kind of note somewhere saying how much per day you're getting, if this is a random number then an average would be fine.

Another suggestions is curiers of your own to travel deliving ore and ingots to towns for money.

how about something that uses the Empty/filled soul gem boxes in the office. i would kill for a constant stream of soul gems

there is a mod on here [goonie or something like that] a merchant in a ring that provides filled and empty soul gems and resets stock every few days. Ring of Sales is the name of the item, it sits in your inventory she has 20k gold. can store stuff for you for free, etc.
