Since valve updated the way weapons are given to players, the map got broken. But there's a quick workaround for this if you want to spawn with Ak-47 and Desert Eagle. For example:

- Make sure sv_cheats is set to 1 (it should be set to 1 by default)

- use this command on console:
bind mouse5 "give weapon_deagle"

On beginning of every round, you just have to press mouse5 to equip.
For me, works fine on mouse5. Feel free to change the key you want to bind this.
