The server probably has the act command shut off or restricted to certain parameters.

Hey, I've subscribed to this addon, and it says it has download completely. When I launch GMod, however, it does not show up anywhere. Any help?

The weapon is located in the "other" section of the weapon tab.

When I right click and do the dance thingy the music stops after 1 second. Help pls.

isn't it under the folder under "Weapons" called "Other" ? If not then under the folder props, there is a search bar in the top. try to search for it there
