same here man i tried everything even ambient occlusion

i know what is the issue so basicly if u are gonna start a mach there is A mutation button enable the gore mod in the mutation sector still not showing up? try blowing someone up

The mods great and all but if you want to back it up incase it dosent work just use " Persons custom blood and effects 2" it just makes everything easier if gore dosent show
