I've found most of them but 5 of the hints have stumped me
Hand scythe, Hunting Knife, Garden Fork, Stone axe and especially the broom.

I found the hunting knife at the military camp on the way to LV from WP. I think it was near the tents right before the broadcast stage. I found the broom in a school janitor closet but unfortunately can't remember which school. I'm sure it wasn't in LV however.

I'm currently searching for the machete, Slasher. From the clue I'm fairly sure I should look around the summer camp near WP but if I'm heading in the wrong direction please let me know.

You're heading in the right direction for Slasher
Slasher is near the woodpile at the main building at the big summer camp east of WP/south of crossroads.

The only school that I know for sure is a highschool is in LV and I spent way too much time searching every corner of it. Took me 3 days in-game just to clear the school and vicinity. Thanks for clearing it up

I have trouble finding the golf club. I searched at the club house near the golf course and on the golf course itself. Am I at the correct place ?

There is a golf course in LV
Took me about a week but I found them all last night! I had to look up one of them. I didn't realize there are two ranger stations lol
