I'd like to have a toggle that disables reactions for quest items (which should be enabled by default IMO). Going through the whole item list just to do that isn't great.

You can Access the ReactionAPI settings and set all the Story Items to IGNORE, for reference

• Set All Items to DEFAULT
  
• Set all "Quest" Items to IGNORE

You can find them in the General tab

It'd be cool (and funny) if The Lost has a Quality-0 reaction to any item that has the "nolostbr" tag, since pretty much all of those items are useless to him.

I was already planning to make a feature that checks the items of the player, as well as what character they are using, and make these Synergies/Anti- Synergies override the actual item quality.
However it is probably going to take a while to implement.

Would it be possible to enable/disable categories of different quality items? I only really want the specialist dance mod to play for Q4 items while Isaac doesn't react to any other quality items, but to do that currently (I think) I'd have to manually go through the list of 1000+ items I have installed :(

@Heyo! If I understand correctly, if you are in a Room with only Quality 4 items you want the Specialist Reaction, but if there are Quality 4 items and items of another Quality in the same room then you want No Reaction?

Pretty much, yeah! Just being able to set different reactions quickly for different categories of qualities would be great

Would it be fine if I create a section in the options menu called Isolate and it has an option for each Quality, if a specific Quality is set to Isolate then it will do what You've described
