Disable allow growing and enable allow cutting: Trees and bushes that are fully grown will be harvested
Disable both: Nothing will be done
As such, there certainly should be a difference: Disabling sow over sown should mean they won't remove other plants UNLESS they are fully grown and ready for harvest
Edit: Checked the Tooltip:
They will only harvest what is currently being "growing". But we would want the remaining plants from the old growth to also be harvested when it is ripe. Your button is very much needed thus.
As of right now I'll take your word for it lol; I am more worried about adding other functionality before REMOVING unnecessary functionality. Thanks for investigating, though!
