Ah, that's Heavy Destoryer's. I'm currently thinking about a code to solve this issue.

Wait, do you use any mod that increase weapon / apparel size? I gave it 1.3 size so it shouldn't be that big...

Done. Now only designated pawns can equip those over-sized weapons.
