I think that this should also have +15% bullet ressistance from behind. Does it stun spies who try and stab you like the razorback? I'm guessing not but I wanna make sure.

So it covers you AND others in pee too when you get stabbed? Or only you? It sounds like it should be the latter since that'd be pretty OP of a shield. The idea of "splashing" jarate on yourself makes it sound like it would be an AoE ability.

I do think that some of the stats are cool, but coulden't you just backstab the sniper, then pull out your revolver and help your team and also you get mini crits on the sniper because he's covered in Jarate?

Why not just a razorback reskin? It's a shield, makes sense.

remove the "does not break" part, put on +30% damage from explosives to balance it out. oh, and lessen the "50% fire damage res" to only 20-25%

i think 50% fire protection may be a little over powered... maybe no after burn/shorter afterburn and, or 25%-30% fire protection would be better (no afterburn du to the jarate being able to put out the fire)

to make it more equal, maybe lets have it make backstabs do normal knife damage (40) and the shield not stun. We don't want this to be a complete upgrade to the darwin danger shield or razor back. The jarate idea is nice, but the resistances make it a bit OP. A reskin would also make sense, and maybe valve can map it to accept paint, like the cow mangler was temporarily.

sems a bit too much to replace the smg though, is there any drawbacks? such as razorback prevents backstab but that is it, thus this item making the razorback completly outdated same goes for danger shield(witch does have a drawback that being - fire resist) so this may need a con to it rather than pure pros.

i think that if it cannnot break that's overpowered i think you should make it so you have 3 backstabs instead of infinite but makes no sound when backstabed

I think the point of the razorback is psychological. I'm more confident whenever I equip it, and making another backstab-proof shield would remove that one little good thing left about the razorback.

It should be immune to crits from behind and keep the jarate and bullet resistance but get rid of the decreased fire damage.

this feels to much like another tide turner fluke making all other shields inferiour granted steam hardly uses these suggestions anyways but i feel that the only updates coming up for a while are gonna have a very modern/futuristic feel so steam may throw this down the drain as they like to do, sorry for the harsh post but keep this up for another time when tf2 goes medevial again
