Existing bugs
  • Vending Machine Disappears - After some time, the vending machine disappears instead of the snack.
  • Persistent Snacks - Removing a vending machine keeps the snack. Just dump it for now - there's no reasonable way to delete the snack at the moment.

am the vending machine is only black nothing else.

Is seems as if the machines are not saved in alpha 28, only the order to construct them is saved.

they seem to leave a bunch of snacks on the ground that you need to dump manually and ignore the canteen intirely

I am having the same problem as zack in Alpha 28. The machines get made, spit out a few snacks without anyone using the machines, then vanish entirely.

New game with Vending machines "MOD" Only = Constant riot and everyone is murdering each other.
Disable mod , Prisoners are no longer fighting to the death for a bag of salty chips from an invisible machine.

I'm having trouble recreating the situation though. Vending machines only seem to be keeping riots due to food shortage at bay, not increasing the threat.

Want my save? Make a massive prison add 3 vending machines and have 50 Low Prisoners = Mass Murder over salty chips lol.
