Valve are picky about there weapon stats and it seems to be to powerfull by the look of it.

-50% Damage for far players (Over 5 meters)

op or under powered? not sure, but it'd be fun to deal with spies if it was like that

Decreasing/removing the ability to charge your shots to compensate for the ability to fire multiple shots while scoped in seems fair. To also be able to fire multiple shots of ~50 without damage falloff in quick succession is also why I put a reload speed down.

A shotgun looking sniper rifle should be a shotgun sniper rifle.

- Cant headshot unless at 50% or more charge (or whatevers good)
Perhaps the reload animation thing would look similar to a shotgun.
