Looks like a stack overflow happened after I deleted this mod but tried to use my save started with it:

Removing mods mid play-through is likely to cause problems in general.
In this case, story_cycles defined in this mod is referenced in your save. After removing the mod, these story_cycles cannot be found in the script thus causing the errors
