[VJ Base] Custom NPC Creator
BUG: NPC's don't move or get stuck inside of each other if loaded from a save.
If you place a bunch of these custom NPC's around, save the game, disconnect, start a new game, and then load the save, all the NPC's break. HOWEVER, if you load the save in the same game where you MADE the save, this problem doesn't occur at all.

A few different things can happen when they're in this broken state: They either are frozen in place, and will not move or interact with anything. They do not T-Pose as if their ai had been turned off however, but they are able to use their idle animations. Running up to them to push them, killing them, spawning enemies, nothing makes them interact or move. If they CAN move, which is rare, they now can get stuck inside of each other and then can't move, and you get these huge clusters of NPC's all inside of each other and walking into each other, something that cannot happen otherwise.

No idea if this is a specific problem with this mod or what, but I do know that normal "friendly/hostile" npc's from most other addons do not do this. After lots of testing, it appears this issue is less likely to happen if there's less NPC's on the map.

Turning NPC ai on/off doesn't fix it. You can still "Take Control" on them and they work properly.
