报告翻译问题
Well it seems as if the beam doesnt rotate as much as the turret itself causing the beam to not be aligned and thus bending in a weird way (Seems dependant on the original orientation of the turret)

Im 99% sure you have installed an addon that changes targetting/aiming in gmod.
Check if you have "Realistic NPC Tracking & Aiming" Installed
sometimes it freezes my game but i don't know what's causing this (i use a lot of mods tho)
