Hello everyone !

I'm using the "Vassal The Elector Counts" mod because I love the synergy it creates in the Empire with Karl Franz indirectly ruling the counties.

However, in my game, the counties of Carroburg and Mootland (which has a different name) won't offer to become my vassal, even though their Fealty is at 10. I even lowered it to 9 and then raised it back to 10, but still nothing.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be ? Could it be because these two counties were added by the "The Old World" mod ?
I've looked for comments or discussions that talk about this but I can't find any.
