Don't know why you brought that up. Seems random at best, seeing that while the initial concept sketch was created by a Japanese artist, the group that developed the game consisted of people of multiple nationalities.

That said, 4LS is pretty damn protective of their copyright, and since KS probably won't be on Steam anytime soon, I wouldn't count on it.
