I unfortunately can't reproduce the issue.
I used the "Barotrauma Deathwish - Multiplayer" mod list file and hosted a session. I was able to pressurize the suits and go out and dive while the suit is pressurized enough for the current depth.
Once I depressurize it fully or move further down below its maximum depth I'll start to implode.

Everything works fine for us when we're the 2nd, and when the 3rd person comes in, we're even stressed enough for the current depth. Nothing work We're still under pressure.
