It's a different model. So i think Turtle will have to do those. You can notice it because you have to press a lever to enter flight mode in Turtle's interior, while on Dichwer's, it's the whole console.

With the Capaldi Interior, the buttons for the doors which lead to other rooms trigger third person. Is this deliberate?

i dont know , all i can say when i clicked the addons for drunk turtle , its doubled the console of dr.matts , no textures , ill load gmod again and check if it was just an error

Multiple interior support includes the ability to change the information about parts while keeping the code the same. You can just change the model,position,angle and it'll still work the same.
