You dont. You're using a custom interior/exterior. The light positioning is out until there's a way to reposition that in custom addons.

Dr. Matt said he would fix this problem by adding a feature to allow users of the mod to alter the height of the flash to fix this problem.

Said feature has been added, but it's not for users it's for extension developers. I believe that extension has since been updated to make use of it, so the light is now in the correct place - so I'm locking this now. If it's still not, contact them on their extension addon and ask them to fix.
