Autopilot could use some sort of aerial navmesh, but it will take a very long time scince intelligent movement independent of enviroment isn't something you can just code in a day or a week.
Anti collision ? Do you mean "Stop when you're about to hit something" or "the tardis won't collide with anything not even the world itself" ? Both are possible, but i'm not sure wether or not the former would be more annoying than helpfull. You're just skimming over the ground and it stops you all of a sudden because you were about to touch a small dent in the ground.
I meant by when the tardis is in vortex the Interior is all bouncy and stuff
