While it can teleport entities and players inside, Dr Matte has stated that a materialisation effect is not possible sadly.

Well, depends on what you're talking about. If you're talking about making the objects have the materialising effect when they appear on the TARDIS, I guess that would be possible, although I might be wrong. If you're talking about the TARDIS interior appearing around someone when you materialize at 'em, that is not possible and I doubt it ever will be.

I was talking about the objects having the effect. I can understand how it would be difficult showing the interior appearing unless someone cracks that feature

I'd be happy if the individual would just poof into the interior by the door, materialization effects could always be added later on as a minor bonus (if it is even possible)

Effects would not be possible, a poof like in the legacy would be possible however.
