Sadly no, it is not possible for a map to read the settings in CS2..(maybe in the future?)

An idea for what you could do now:

• Apply your crosshair code
• Go to:
• Open:
• Look for commands starting with "cl_crosshair"
• Copy paste them into your autoexec

(Remove the quotation marks around the command names)
