"Rotate" hotkey not bound / Unable to rotate buildings before placement
I'm unable to rotate buildings before placement. I also noticed that when hovering over the item picture in the building menu, the tooltip at the bottom says 'Press "NONE" to rotate during construction'. This led me to believe that I could rebind the hotkey in the settings, but I haven't found the option.

Does anybody know how to rebind the "rotate" hotkey for the build menu?

Update: nvm I'm stupid, some buildings just don't rotate. Corner pieces are confusing.

I'm having this problem now. So will the fence corner piece automatically flip after its been placed to connect another piece to it?
