simple gives the lambda players to use the Ultrakill arms

idea:1 Feedbacker allows the lambda to parry melee attacks and Grenades
2 Knuckleblaster allows lambda player to punch and a chance to it cause a Shockwave.
3 whiplash allows lambda player pull light weight enemies (ex: Rollermines) towards itself and lambda player will get pull towards big enemies(ex: Minos prime)
