Other Ideas to consider adding:
- Pegasus event chain, give choice for federation to obtain cloaking device (and make this have severe consequences)
- Make changes to buildings (or add a new one) that makes it, so that you can increase the leader capacity for certain leader types)
- Adding post-supernove romulan succesor states (player will need to unify the romulan empire from various successor states that spawn after the fall of the original romulan goverment after the supernova (while maintaining balance to other powers)
- Addition of Fenris Rangers after romulan supernova
- Federation Annexes (part of) the neutral zone after the romulan supernova.
