Underneath the ground floor is just a bunch of empty space currently, which is odd. The floor would need supports and would probably be more than 1 layer thick. I would add more floor layers made out of other materials and then also supports, all on top of a concrete foundation.

Your upper flooring is a good example. The thin wood panel floor on top of thicker supporting material.
