not horrible, just stats with apparel is not ever going to be put in the game, since then the game would be a pay to win. :P

It's a MISC. Miscs don't get stats.

I miss the old "if you had that hat you had a little bonus stat" set bonus for soldier and his jeep cap. sentry aint ♥♥♥♥ against that hurr hurr. but yeah, if they reintroduce set bonuses itd make the game no fun to those without any way to get the hats and miscs for the set. but meh, this would seem like a good set bonus if it were like back then. :P
