Make this for Scout, Soldier and Engi?
This is a true american helmet, so why not make it for all the american classes, you could also come up with different quotes on the helmet for each of them.

Nah, this is in an item set so it wouldn't make sense if it were multiclass. Maybe as a seperate item for only Soldier and Engineer.

You do not "re-model" a hat for multiple classes. Look at any multi/all-class hat like the killer exclusive for example, they're all the same model that are just fitted according to the different classes.
As for the text "Born to Run", it's really not an issue. That is just a texture on the hat. With a few clicks and a simple reload texture feature, you can have a completely different hat color or even a different text.
