I chose a place for the house without knowing that such a problem existed. Now I'm suffering.
Just another idea though, could you make it possible to also gather stuff from trees and perhaps these little berry bushes on the world? (I haven't survived enough to test trees or bushes yet so idk if it works but its an idea)
I feel what this game is missing is more harvesting like how you can log a tree
Should be able to use tools on the big rocks/stones in the world too
Wait.. idk if I've even seen boulders. But these feel like pretty big things that are missing
Considering it's a survival game, its pretty hard to find materials for an improvised start weapon
Oh n I like that they are gone forever, this way it doesnt just invalidate the foraging system n skill
But tbh the current foraging system is hit n miss with alot of time consumption due to RNG
Mayb you like it at first, but then becomes tedious as you have to remember to toggle it on everytime you have the chance
-Mayb a new mod idea: Always/(Obvious) Foraging Mod
Lower spawn rate but now you don't have to constantly turn it on, or in my case: constantly forget to turn it on
It's the darkening and blurring of screen that wards off any use of it
They should of just made it a right click "forage here" option w a loading bar affected by forage skill.. I wonder if fishing works like this
And you can add sound effects to picking up items? Then this mod would be 100% perfect.
What if the zombies imitated the behaviors they had in life? For example, some zombies try to drive vehicles - they don't recall how to turn on a car, but still hold onto the wheel and turn it. Others continuously wash their hands at sinks, sit on toilets, dine at restaurants, lie in bed, or armed zombies trying to (badly) use firearms. They remember what they did in life, but not why nor how.
