I'm pretty sure, or at least back in some of the older videos, they used Chlebak's Player Speed Changer. Hope this helps.

Sometimes Using Whealtey Parkour Swep Because It gives u More Speed like about 600 instead of 500, also Chaining ur Jumps Makes u go fast as hell too, also try to Bhop or Strafe, Or use Reverse Speed limit
