I've already made a regular comment about it, but I'll just reiterate it here for redundancy; When completing the traits that modify synthetic refineries for oil or rubber production, the modification does not occur.

The rubber one works for me, but the oil one indeed seems to be broken. TBH, I am not sure if I can fix it or it ever worked in the first place. I'll have to think about a suitable replacement.

It did work before Götterdämmerung was released. Man, it was great to have so much oil. I wonder if it was a code tweak somewhere in shared buildings when they updated the interface for special project buildings.
