GUIDE ON HOW TO CRAFT COSTRUCTION STATION
So there is no glitch, just confusion. You might put all the things in the advanced workbench and it SEEMS like it doesn't work, but you are confusing an item. You need ARMORED FRAMES, NOT REINFORCED PLATES. I hope this helps because it took me TIME to figure it out. :D

So I figured it out well for me at least. I used 1 armed panel put 3 panels on it then 2 nails and thought that was the heavy machine frame its not you need to put another reanfored panel into it and it will make a heavy machine frame. Hope this helps

nope i put evry thing that the guig book said its not working at all i even trund off all my mods but this and it still did not work
