How to put the eyes on?
I don't know how and there's no real clear answer.. please anyone????? unless if I have to lock it to the bip_head bone and then move the zero slider onto the right, then where the heck the file you would have to lock onto the bip_head bone be???

Let me help, First you have to connect the bones that match one with the eyes, and then go to the eyes and zero it out.
