mismatching versions of lvs framework and lvs star wars would be the common issue to this. The rendering was changed in lvs framework to support refract materials and so lvs star wars got an update at the same time to work with it.

if you mixed new lvs framework with old lvs star wars issues occured.

Models disappeared, textures go missing, glass didnt render at some point either.

Check if you have any old LVS bases in your addons folder. Otherwise, you might be subscribed to old bases that has been reuploaded in other addons.
