I have installed the mod and enabled it. However, the Start New Run menu is unchanged. No options exist for minimalism mode.

Also, that error might be caused if you have BipInEx for stacklands installed still.
If you do - delete it

The royal in the world of greed never demands anything. Ive made it to moon 16 and not a single demand.

figured out the issue. curse of greed did not spawn, only the royal, and he wont demand anything without the curse.

I can't believe i've missed that. Thx for the report!
I've pushed the fix. But if you don't wanna loose your run you canopen up debug menu by pressing and holding K+O+F1 and spawn "curse of greed" (and maybe "spirit of greed") yourself

Btw, curse of death is impossible to complete without having a spring in bare minimum

You can use a hotkey to sell cards, it should be in quests

also im on mac if this helps adress the problem
