Or like Zip tie cuffs lose 50% manipulation and handcuffs lose 100% or something like that

I would personally LOVE a dart pistol
They have a dart rifle in VWE non lethal but that's a rifle and I like pistols
Could be mag fed or single shot

Zipties/Cuffs are a really cool idea. I'm trying to imagine how it would work and im comparing a melee based custom damage hediff and a ranged one with like no range and the ammo (cuffs) leaves your hands if you miss... maybe you can pick it up?

There used to be this mod that added Manacles (Honestly that mod is the ONLY reason I know what those are called) that's where the idea of the zip cuffs and hand cuffs come from tbh
But that mod is gone I assume because I can not for the life of me find it here

But as for darts, are they going to be the same as the VWE non lethal darts? Because those work wondrously, I just don't like dart rifles personally

Some sort of sedative dart probably. I really want this mod to be an alternative to Non lethal because of the way that their patch only exists in the game if their mod is loaded as well, so i can't reference that patch. so a family of a new darts, short for pistols and such, maybe.

and the vwe nl rubber, in ce, gives spasms through power armor.

add a fin stabilized discarding sabot rubber core corrosive agent[damage over time] squash head as an 11mm round

What role would a corrosive round play in this mod? It just doesn't sounds like it would down them fast enough, and the burns would be horrendous.
The goal here is to capture people with as little injury as possible basically.

So I finally got around to using your weapons. They seem to work well in my set up. I mean, not perfect for a quick take down. But they do work, it just takes like 3~ shots to down someone, if aimed at head with a 17~ shooting skill. That was with the pistol, and the hollow rubber. So I'm assuming that's the way it's meant to be since those are the safest to use of the bunch. Honestly I really like the pack.
Now if only you had the Dart gun, taser, and basically every other weapon from VWE NL to switch over to this mod. Because I finally saw the muscle spam thing, capping off manipulation at like 10% made me feel a bit cheaty, never got a mech to test the dart sadly tho :/

Also, you could add Riot Gear stuff. It'd fit really well with this pack imo. Tear gas, Riot shields, Riot armor, Limb protection type of stuff for riots. Rubber grenades, stuff like that.

Yea a turret that shoots rubber balls or tranq darts would also be neat
