My Glaceon's normal Ice ability (not the ultimate and not the fire extinguishing one) doesn't seem to work/doesn't fire or do anything. It's description is that it damages any creatures targeted by it and inflicts frostbite but mine doesn't do anything, it doesn't look like it casted properly thus something is for sure broken or there's a conflict.

I am seeing that too. The pawn just stands there and the ability doesn't even go into cooldown. We'll need to post logs to help track down what is going on.
