Settings and what they do.
To change them, go to left4dead2/ems/unirain/ in your L4D2 main directory. 0 means off, 1 means on.

low_particles = 0 // Removes some rain and particles for increased fps (default 0)
remove_fire = 0 // Removes env_fire entities (default 0)
speak_lines = 1 // Make survivors speak "Storm Coming!" lines when a storm happens (default 1)
change_witch = 1 // Change witch behaviour to always sit (default 1)
