Just putting this out there
if you send Ninja Brian into some ancient ruins and he finds advanced weaponry, it turns him into an XCOM unit. If this happens early in the game you can basically one-shot any city or city-state that doesn't have a garrisoned unit

I dunno, sometimes I like to have a game where I just dominate everyone, reminds me of using a game genie or something like that :P
