After more tests, it appears to have an issue with items that have bullet defence. Basically, if it has no bullet defence, the holes are created. If there is bullet defence, it ignores holes and damages the condition only.

After more investigations, I have found the code that is responsible for this. Will make an alternative mode to fix this issue. If possible, it would be cool to add this as a sandbox option so that there would be no need for the alternative mod.

There's a line in the code that specifically makes this with any clothes that have bulletproof. I'll be fixing that and testing how it affects the mod. Perhaps do a reupload if the author is ok with it.
