Not sure if it is a bug or I just have terrible luck, but the Supercop does not seem to naturally spawn for me, even at 100% (Tried in both sandbox and TTT, making sure navmeshes were present)

viewmodel has bob when not moving, and when i move for example forward, i walk a few steps forward but then start walking backwards
