As dermaSfx is only a player for derma sounds, it requires some to work!

dermaSfx has 2 built-in sound packs, "default" and "zakamski", I wouldn't reccomend using the second one, trust me. You can change them using a nifty GUI. To open said gui, type "dermasfx_gui" into the console.
