fatal head shots no longer fatal?
for some reason when i shoot an npc they flop and roll around on the ground despite the setting for fatal head shots being on. does anyone have a solution? p.s. i dont think it's a compatibility issue cus why would anything affect head shots?

reinstall reagdoll it worked for me
