Okay so I actually had both ReAgdoll and Fedhoria enabled at the same time and it does cause problems. The ragdolls will flip around wildly a lot of the times because both addons move the ragdoll at the same time.

I've tried killing VJ Base humans to see if it does anything and I can't really tell, most likely not but if they do it must be really subtle because I can't tell.

Ok, so I actually just tested this mod with VJ Base and it does work, but on rare occasions the snpc might leave behind a ragdoll but still be alive technically but it doesn't have any AI or healthbar. This issue mostly occurs with older VJ Base addons, like nightmare house 2.
