2 player ragdolls on headshot
Doing PVP with this with some friends, whenever we headshot eachother it spawns 2 ragdolls. Im not sure what's causing this as of now, also if it helps one ragdoll is in normal condition and the other one's bones are shattered. (The normal ragdolls bones can still be broken)

This should only happen if you have any other mods that would spawn a physics ragdoll upon death, so check that first!!

I dont have any ragdoll mods by the look of it, so Im confused why this is happening

The most suspicous thing in there are the optimization addons. Try disabling those two and see what happens

Tried it, still getting that double ragdoll on headshot

This only seems to be a problem in servers, I believe it might not happen in LAN because ragdolls work perfectly fine there. Servers on the other hand, NPC ragdolls just fall straight down, so not even that isnt working
